What is Tingkat?

Tingkat is a traditional way to pack homemade dishes for people in Singapore. Freshly prepared on that day, the homemade dishes were then individually packed into stackable metal trays, held together by clips. Usually, the tiered meal box would pack one's favourite dishes that bring warmth and comfort to the soul after a day’s work.

This Terms and Conditions apply to the Mei Hao 99 Catering Website / Service and does not apply to the content of third parties.

The Mei Hao 99 Catering Website / Service (hereinafter known as “Service”) is offered to your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Mei Hao 99 Catering Website / Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

**Payment by Cash/ Cheque or ibanking by the 1st day of delivery**

  1. We provide Tingkat dinner service from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
  2. Customers can have up to 2 food request.
  3. Customers who wish to skip meal need to notify us ONE (1) working day in advance. No cash refund will be given; however the cancelled meal will be replaced.
  4. With Auto-Renewal System a new cycle of TWENTY (20) days will be automatically renewed for the customers. To terminate, please call 6755 7993 or SMS 8125 8126 within THREE (3) working days before contract expire.
  5. *NO REFUND* will be made should the customer cancel the service within or before the cycle.
  6. FULL payment must be pay on the 1st day of every new term. We reserved the right to terminate the service if payment is not made by the 2nd day of service.
  7. For PayNow, enter UEN: 52909163A, or scan QR code, Bill ref: enter your mobile no.

  8. For Internet Banking, select FAST CASH, transfer to OCBC Current Account: 669-422-727-001, Bank code: 7339, indicate your mobile no under Comments for Recipient (***Strictly No Name Pls).
  9. For cheque payment, please cross cheque payable to “Mei Hao 99 Catering”. Please indicate your Block & Unit Number on the reverse side of the cheque.
  10. Mei Hao 99 Catering will not entertain any dispute of payments unless proof of payment can be furnished.
